Course Description:  10 CEUs
Care planning is an essential part of the activity professional’s world. Even if you do not write care plans in your setting, you still use the care planning process. Many professionals feel unsure about the wording to use in care plans and how specific their writing should be. Poorly designed care plans can result in unmet resident needs and, in some settings, noncompliance that may lead to deficiencies and citations.

This course is designed to help you feel confident and empowered in your care planning work. It provides practical tools to strengthen your assessments and overcome common care-planning challenges. You will practice care planning with the instructor and your peers through guided activities and real-world examples.
