During testing complete the following if you encounter any issues.

Issue Report

Please document any issue you have had.

Then a bug report would exist of 2 things:

  1. Text that describes the page they were on and what occurred.
  2. 2. The screenshot/video link
  3.  Make the email subject link

To report an error we suggest you use TechSmiths Capture which is free and can do both screenshots and screen movies with their audio.  It works on both PC and Mac. Then they simply provide a link to the screenshot or video so no files to transfer. View this Techsmith Capture tutorial if needed.  Else they can use built in options see: Windows Taking Screen Shots to take a screenshot and upload a file.

Describe the error or observation in less than 10 words. Example: Video had no sound
Describe what problem you encountered: Example: When I clicked on the quiz it did not start… etc…

Use this to upload screenshot or short recordings.
